When it comes to car repairs, finding a reliable and trustworthy service can be a daunting task.
Customer's reviews
Andy what a great guy to deal with, professional from the start, sent him a picture of the damage, he arranged to come and look at it at a time which suited me, gave me a price, and I made the booking. Was able to fit me in the same week, which was great.
Andy arrived on time, handed over the keys and let him work his magic, the only thing I had to worry about was making sure we had some decent biscuits and keep the coffee topped up.
Couple of hours later he was all done, cleaned up after himself, and handed over the keys, the finish product was 100%.
I only ever trust Andy with my cars, I find him to be a genuine honest professional and very knowledge in this Industry.

Contacted Up 2 Scratch due to someone had caused damage to my rear bumper with a Trolley causing deep scratches, chips and taken top coat off the black centre strip of my 2023 Evoque think they must had taken a run at it with the Trolley. I picked Up 2 Scratch because of being a family firm with good reviews. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my cars and I was absolutely right to call Andy, who did a 100% perfect repair Andy talked me through the repair first I can now see he is also a perfectionist when it comes to his job. I can not thank him enough getting the damage back to the original look. They do not over charge either I had quotes of over £150 more from some firms. If you want that perfect repair at a sensible price you won't be this family firm. There number is now permanently in my phone for any future issues when it comes to my cars.

Andy did an excellent job from start to finish. I requested a quote and the work was completed in less than 24 hours, which was incredibly quick and convenient.
Throughout the process, Andy kept me fully updated and communicated clearly at every stage. He was professional, polite and friendly, and the quality of the work was excellent. It’s clear that he takes pride in what he does and genuinely cares about providing a good service.
I’m really pleased with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to use Up2scratch again in the future. I would definitely recommend Andy and Up2scratch to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and friendly service. Great job!
